We are a woman-owned and women-run small business. Our goal is to empower a healthy feeding journey for families worldwide. The team’s commitment to thoughtful design and safety has established ezpz as the #1 trusted brand in the feeding space.
Hey there! My name is Lindsey Laurain. I am the founder of ezpz.
I’m a wife and a working mom to three wonderful, wild boys who inspire me every day. I never imagined leaving corporate America to become an entrepreneur, but I’m so glad I did.
When it comes to feeding products, not all brands are created equal. At ezpz, we believe thoughtful design and safety should never be compromised—which is why parents, pediatricians, and feeding specialists trust our products for their little ones.

Lindsey
Founder
Lindsey is team ezpz's visionary leader and directs all of our marketing and innovation efforts. She is extremely positive, loves to give more than receive and has an undying drive to achieve her goals! Lindsey is also known for being extremely honest and is always, without apology, herself (which is pretty great!).
Tamara
Sales & Operations
Tamara (a.k.a., Tam, Tams or "boss") is the boss on team ezpz and keeps everyone "on task." She manages demand planning + inventory as well as US sales. Tam and Lindsey go way back; they played soccer together (since they were 12!) and Tam was one of Lindsey's bridesmaids.
Christie
Marketing & Distribution
Christie manages ezpz's marketing as well as our international sales force. Christie is extremely hard-working, organized and even keeled (which is important on a team of intense personalities!). Christie, Lindsey and Tam have been friends for 20+ years and Christie was maid of honor at Lindsey and Brad's wedding.
Dawn
Pediatric Feeding Specialist
Dawn, M.S, CCC-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Pediatric Feeding Specialist with almost 30 years of experience helping families start solids safely. Dawn has a huge heart and is known for her innate ability to help kids (and coach parents) that have pediatric feeding disorders (PFD). She also designs our products for each age and stage of feeding development.
Maria
Graphic Designer
Maria is an extremely talented designer whose work goes beyond aesthetics — she seamlessly integrates functionality with a person’s broad spectrum of knowledge and abilities. She firmly believes that we are engineers of creativity, achievers of the impossible, and curious scientists constantly in pursuit of new discoveries.
Andrea
Customer Support
Andrea is in charge of ezpz customer support and she keeps our customers (and team ezpz) supremely happy! Andrea is an IBCLC (Lactation Consultant), mom of two and sweetheart through and through; she's a natural match for ezpz and our community.

Creative & Marketing
Cara is our resident branding wizard. She manages ezpz's creative and marketing and has been on board since the Kickstarter! She’s a total “value add” and her laughter is contagious, which makes us all feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Allison Foley
Web Developer
Allison is the brainy coder who developed our website. She has worked with ezpz since its beginning. Today, she collaborates with several unique brands across the baby space. One of her greatest joys is helping entrepreneurs and start-ups get their innovative products out into the world.
Lisa Barbour
Financial Advisor
With over 10 years of experience in consulting, private investment, and public accounting, Lisa is passionate about helping business leaders
navigate the practical challenges of starting and operating a company. She believes that actionable accounting and operational processes along with the right technology can alleviate many of the uncertainties that owners face and allow them to focus on the true purpose of their business.
Olivia Blechschmidt
Industrial Designer
Creative problem solver, digital sculptor, visual communicator and experiential storyteller. With an optimistic curiosity and an adventurous spirit, Olivia approaches each design challenge with the goal to rethink and reimagine, while bringing ideas to life through the complex web of manufacturing realities.

As a mama of two, Hylah is constantly inspired to document my babies’ lives and details of our home and adventures– capturing their very own lifestyle photography. As a small business owner, she’s learned personal branding, how to connect with clients, the challenge of generating and
sharing fresh content on a consistent basis, the concerns of coming across authentically.
